Pro tips:
If you are planning to use this for an extended period of time use a cap and place snorkel over. This will give extra cushion and make it more comfortable.
For flip turns make sure to hold in extra air so you can purge the snorkel when you reach the surface.
My coach used to place a piece of duct tape over the top and poke a hole using a pen. This dramatically increased my endurance (disclaimer: only do this if you under proper supervision and are approved by your doctor to perform this type of exercise)
